If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Part-Time Supported Employment Shift Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

As a Supported Shift Lead at DSC, you will support and supervise a small crew of employees at an off-site community business associated with DSC. You will also be responsible for the completion of all consumer, program and agency documentation for maintaining compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will provide training and support for skills necessary for successful community employment. Each day, you will be engaged in rewarding work where you will play an integral role in the success of the company and our mission to support people to live a rich and meaningful life.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Above average communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage and address multiple and changing priorities.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and to problem-solve in a constructive and respectful manner.

HOURS:

  • Variable flexible hours of 4-6 hour shifts on evenings and weekends.
