Founded in 1972, DSC provides educational, professional, residential and behavioral support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford counties. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the Accounting Manager at DSC, you will be responsible for maintaining records of all assets, liabilities and transactions of DSC. This position supervises corporate accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for DSC and all associated companies. Duties also include the development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and financial information to appraise operating results in terms of costs, budgets, policies of operations, trends and increased income possibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience including budgeting/accounting.
- Experience with Excel and working knowledge of computer systems and programs.
HOURS:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
