Founded in 1972, DSC provides educational, professional, residential and behavioral support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford counties. If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Production Crew Leader.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As the Production Crew Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of factors associated with production operations necessary to effectively maintain our contracts.  These responsibilities may include oversight of a crew, multiple production lines, temporary workers, building or other business segment.  The PCL will provide for the safe storage and handling of the materials and equipment and the quality control of the manufactured items.  This position will also be a back-up bus driver for people supported. 

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent.  
• Previous experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing setting helpful.
• Sufficient stamina and mobility for lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
• Previous bus driving or similar job related transportation is required.
• Must be 21 years of age to apply

HOURS:
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday with some flexibility
