This position is integral to providing residential support services to people in the Champaign County area. In this role, you will provide guidance and supervision, conduct individual and group training programs, general household maintenance and routines, and complete data and records according to individual program plans and Group Home procedures.

• $16.50 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour starting midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. There are also ample overtime opportunities available that could increase the hourly rate to $23.25-$26.25.

DUTIES:
• Assist with life’s essential activities to start and end the day
• Help individuals manage daily living skills like preparing meals, laundry, dishes and vacuuming
• Develop a supportive and empowering environment
• Assure the residential environment is clean and free from safety hazards
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass fingerprint-based background check
