If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Community Day Services Assistant Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Community Day Services (CDS) Assistant Manager at DSC, you will assist the Director and Manager of CDS in assigned managerial tasks for the CDS program. In this role, you will support the daily operation and development of the program as well as assist in the hiring and supervision of specific CDS staff. You will manage a caseload, which includes the development, implementation, monitoring, and modification of individual outcomes consistent with the Individual Personal Plan. Additionally, you will assist in the development of CDS activity planning/scheduling and provide on-going monitoring of the activities to include individual documentation and outcomes data.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sufficient physical stamina and mobility for lifting, carrying, bending, pushing and pulling. This may apply to the support of individuals and/or the products/materials related to the support of individuals.
  • Certified in CPR.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van.
  • One or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities desirable.

HOURS:

  • 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
