If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Community Day Services Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a CDS Coordinator at DSC, you will assist the CDS Manager in coordinating/scheduling activities and resources to ensure the successful daily operation of the program. In this role you will support co-workers in planning, organizing, and facilitating the active participation of individuals in person-centered and enriching in-center activities. Additionally, you will manage a caseload of individuals within the Community Day Services program to ensure implementation and documentation of supported persons’ programs. Each day, you will be engaged in rewarding work where you will play an integral role in the success of the company and our mission to support people to live a rich and meaningful life

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer one or more years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and maintain appropriate records
  • Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van. Must successfully complete required trainings. Must have sufficient physical stamina and mobility to push, pull, and lift
  • Paid training will be provided.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required.

HOURS:

  • 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
